Terms of service

I agree to the following terms of service

✓ All casual nanny services are a minimum 3 hours booking per shift. During peak holiday times, all bookings are subject to a 4 hour minimum.

✓ Timmy and Tammy acts as an agent for the client, not as an employer of the nanny. Therefore, the agency accepts no liability or responsibility for accident, injury, loss, damage or misconduct sustained by the nanny, clients or any other persons and by booking a nanny through Timmy and Tammy, I agree to exclude the agency should any mishap occur.

✓ I give permission for the children attending to participate in any activities organized by Timmy and Tammy. I acknowledge there may be some risk involved.

✓ In case of any medical emergency I authorize and give consent to medical treatment given by my childcare provider and other medical procedures that may be performed for my child by medical professionals and waive my right to informed consent of treatment.

✓ Following the booking of the wedding & special event service, should the number of children requiring our service increase, a revised booking form must be completed by the client and a new invoice will be submitted by TT. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate an increase in number of children.

✓ I agree to pay the remaining babysitting balance within 3 working days of receiving the invoice from Timmy and Tammy if not otherwise discussed.

✓ Any repeat bookings are to be made with Timmy and Tammy directly not the childcare provider.

✓ I will accept and sign Timmy and Tammy’s full Terms and Conditions which will be sent to me directly upon booking.

For all event/hire bookings and nanny services TT will use reasonable endeavors to arrive and setup on time, however, TT cannot be held liable for any delay incurred due to circumstances beyond the TT control including any act of God or a public enemy or terrorist, act of any military, civil or regulatory authority, change in any law or regulation, fire, flood, earthquake, storm or other like event, theft or criminal misconduct of unrelated third parties, disruption or outage of communications (including the Internet or other networked environment), traffic congestion, power or other utility, labor problem, unavailability of supplies, extraordinary market conditions or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing, which could not have been prevented by TT with reasonable care.
